Five years shipping products across travel, luxury, and hospitality — with a business operator's eye for what actually moves metrics. Marketing platforms, member portals, booking systems, core infrastructure, and AI in production.
Currently leading a ground-up rebuild of Exclusive Resorts' core operating system — inventory, property management, reservations, contract admin, and internal booking tools — in React with a GraphQL API, Algolia, Salesforce integration, and AI features layered in.
Shipped recommendation engines, trip-recommendation tools, member profile summarization, and chat agents — actual production ML systems, not proofs of concept on a slide deck.
Player-coach across three brands post-acquisition — standing up a Product Center of Excellence from scratch while staying hands-on as IC PM for three public sites.
